New Housing Ohio provides property management services to several hundred units throughout Ohio.  Our current portfolio includes HUD 202, HUD 811, HUD SHP, Affordable Housing and Market Rent units.  Many of our properties have varying degrees of income eligibility and utilize a number of different rental subsidies.  We also have a limited number of vouchers available for scattered site properties.

We have a highly trained and courteous in-house property maintenance team that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Butler County:  The NHO portfolio in Butler County includes units in Fairfield, Hamilton and Middletown.  These properties include one-bedroom units, SRO’s and one group home.  Income guidelines apply and subsidies may be available.

Clermont County:  We currently manage six two-bedroom units in the Cherry Grove area.  These units are all market rent.

Clinton County:  The Clinton County portfolio is a mixture of one and two-bedroom units, as well as group homes.  This housing stock is both affordable and subsidized through HUD.

Preble County:  The Preble County portfolio consists of 32 units of Affordable and Supportive Housing in Eaton, Ohio.  Income restrictions apply and Shelter Plus Care subsidies are available.

Seneca County:  Our housing in Seneca County is located in Tiffin, Ohio.  It consists of one-bedroom units, two group homes and one transitional housing facility.

Warren County:  NHO currently has housing located in Franklin, Lebanon and South Lebanon.  We have one, two and three bedroom units, one group home facility and an emergency homeless shelter.  Most of the housing stock in Warren County is affordable with some units being subsidized through HUD.  In addition, we have a limited number of Housing Connections subsidies available in Warren County scattered site properties.
