Our affordable and supportive housing is designed to serve low-income and disabled people. These properties have varying degrees of income eligibility and utilize a number of different subsidies. On-site staff is available on a project by project basis. Additionally, we have subsidy programs in Butler County and Warren Counties.
Butler County: “Returning Home Ohio”- This program serves Butler County residents transitioning from incarceration.
Warren County: “Shelter Plus Care”- This program serves Warren County residents who are homeless with mental illness.
The first project we got to "break ground" on, a 10-unit apartment building designed to be affordable, permanent housing for formerly homeless individuals.
Restored a dilapidated apartment complex into a vibrant affordable housing community in 2009. This site has 16 units of supportive housing and on-site common space and resident manager.
This is a 32-unit affordable housing development. Some of the units are set-aside for individuals with disabilities.
